This is a board game for couples.

Before playing the game, the players should choose a drink. They should also shuffle each of the eight card piles (without mixing the piles).

The game starts by both players rolling the dice. The player who gets the highest number starts. In the event of a tie, the first one who takes off a piece of clothing starts.

At every move, a player rolls a die and advances as many cells as the number indicated by the die, starting from the starting heart-shaped cell in clockwise direction. There are heart-shaped cells and squared Kamasutra cells. To reach the Kamasutra cells, the players have to first pass through the heart-shaped cells. 

The heart-shaped cells have four colour intensities, corresponding to the colour intensities on the cards. When the man enters a heart-shaped cell, he picks the next card from the pile with a man silhouette with the correct colour and does the action written there. Similarly, when the woman enters a hear-shaped cell, she picks the next card from the pile with a woman silhouette with the correct colour and does the action written there. If a glass is indicated in the cell, the player takes a sip of the drink and kisses the other player before doing what's written on the card. If the player forgets to kiss the other player, he/she takes off a garment chosen by their rival. In case of falling in the same heart-shaped cell, the players kiss immediately – but the last to do so also takes off a garment chosen by their rival. On XXX cards, the hourglass should be used to time the indicated action.

Once a player reaches Kamasutra cells, he/she waits for the other player to arrive there, so that they could start together. The man follows the Kamasutra positions with the male silhouette, while the woman follows those with the female silhouette. They combine their positions and use the hourglass to time the action. After the time elapses, they throw their dice and practice the other position, as indicated in their cells. The player who reaches orgasm first loses.

The game includes: 176 cards (4 intensities, separate cards for men and women), 2 pawns, 2 dice, a vibrator, a feather tickler, a silk restraint and an hourglass. The text on the cards is written in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
