This is a game for couples. A man takes the deck of cards for men, a woman takes the deck of cards for women (or vice versa). After shuffling, they start placing their cards down one by one until both cards have the same number coloured. This means that the male position is compatible with the female position. The couple sets the sand clock and practices this position until time runs out (1 minute). Then they continue playing the cards. The first player who reaches orgasm loses.

The male and female decks have 20 cards each.
