Omniva Parcel Machine

Typically, if you choose to deliver to a parcel machine, you will receive a confirmation SMS from Omniva once your order is delivered. After receiving the SMS, you will have several days to pick your order up, otherwise it will be returned to D&A Secrets. To pick your order up, you will need a PIN code that you will receive by SMS.

Delivery Duration:

• Goods available in our warehouse: 1–3 business days (holiday season: up to 5 business days)
• Goods unavailable in our warehouse but available by our suppliers: 5–10 business days
• Goods unavailable in our warehouse and unavailable by our suppliers: these are marked as "Currently unavailable", we cannot guarantee delivery of such goods and will return your payment for, and cancel orders of, such goods

DPD Pickup Point

Typically, if you choose to deliver to a pickup point, you will receive a confirmation SMS from DPD once your order is delivered. After receiving the SMS, you will have several days to pick your order up, otherwise it will be returned to D&A Secrets. To pick your order up, you will need a PIN code that you will receive by SMS. You may also need to show a personal identification document at the point.

Delivery to Ship To Address

We use DPD courier services to deliver your orders to your chosen address.
