All goods are verified in our warehouse (if the package allows it), so the probability of defects is very low.

General Right to Cancel the Purchase

1. You have a right to return the goods you bought within 14 days from the moment they are delivered to you without stating the reasons. In this case, you have to deliver the goods and the filled Return Form to the office of D&A Secrets in person or by courier service. We will not accept the goods delivered by post. In case of sending the goods by courier service, you agree to the Act of Reception and the visual assessment of the condition and the contents of the received package made by us unilaterally. Further claims from your side will be treated as unreasonable, thus, we recommend you to deliver the goods to our office in person.
2. All delivery costs are borne by you.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the quality of the goods until they are received by us. This means that if we state a decrease in the value of the goods due to your use of these goods, and not due to a manufacturer's defect, the amount returned to you will be lower than what you paid for the products.
4. Within 14 days from the moment we receive the returned goods, we will transfer the amount paid by you for the order (if necessary, reduced in accordance with point 3 above), less the cost for delivery of the order to you to the bank account indicated in the Return Form.

Goods that Cannot Be Returned

You cannot return or replace the following goods:

• Massage oils, candles, lotions, lubricants, gels, hygiene goods, condoms
• Clothing which includes panties as part of the set if the panties are not sent in a special sealed package
• Clothing which includes panties as part of the set if the panties were sent in a special sealed package but it is visible that it was opened
• Stockings if it is visible that they were put on
• Sex toys
• Care products
• All BDSM products that do not have a sealed package
• The BDSM products whose sealed package was opened
• Sets containing the mentioned products

The above mentioned goods can be returned only due to a manufacturer's defect. In this case, follow the actions described in the General Right to Cancel the Purchase section on this page.

Please take into account that the Clothing Sizes section of our website contains the sizes of concrete clothing brands. Please read them before buying clothes.

Warranty

Most of the goods have a manufacturer's warranty. The other goods have a warranty of 3 months.

The warranty is not applicable in the following cases:

• The good is not used as intended or used not as described in the manual
• The damage was due to supply voltage being inconsistent with manufacturer's standards or due to fast temperature fluctuations, as well as due to other domestic and external factors, such as smoke, dust, moisture, scratches
• Visible traces of unqualified repair
• Natural depreciation of elements
• On power sources (batteries, rechargeable batteries, charging devices), additional equipment (cables, remote controls)
• The damage caused by improper transportation
